Overview
Walkers Employee Portal is a private employee application intended for authorized employees. This Privacy Policy explains the information used to provide payroll, working-hours, document, profile, security and notification features.
Information We Collect
Depending on the features used, the Employee Portal may collect and process:
- Name, email address and phone number.
- Employee account and user identifiers.
- Payroll, paystub, compensation and working-hours information.
- Profile photos selected or uploaded by the employee.
- Documents uploaded through the Employee Portal.
- Device or push-notification identifiers used to deliver employee notifications.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide and operate Employee Portal functionality, including authentication, employee profiles, payroll and paystub access, working-hours information, document management, account security and employee notifications.
Tracking and Advertising
Walkers Employee Portal does not use employee information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Face ID and Device Authentication
When biometric or device authentication is enabled, authentication is performed by the operating system. Walkers Employee Portal does not receive or store an employee's Face ID biometric data.
Data Sharing
Employee information is used for the operation of the Employee Portal and related employment services. Information may also be processed by service providers necessary to operate features such as hosting and push notifications. Employee information is not sold for advertising purposes.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect employee information. Access to the Employee Portal requires an authorized employee account, and supported devices may use device authentication for additional protection.
Data Retention
Employee information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide employment and Employee Portal services, satisfy business and recordkeeping requirements, and comply with applicable obligations.
